INVITED-TRIAL GUIDE · UPDATED 19 October 2026
How AI proposals are checked
What the AI in SmartFACT Automation may and may not do, and how every proposal is checked before it reaches production.
This guide describes the trial scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are agreed before the trial starts.
What the AI sees
The AI receives your requirement, the decisions and outcomes each product allows, and only the context you choose to include. Before anything is sent, Automation shows which fields and records will be shared. Source documents and product text are treated as information, never as instructions.
What it may propose
A plan of affected products and decisions, rules built only from each product’s declared facts and outcomes, questions about anything unclear and suggested test cases. Every part of your requirement ends up as a proposed step, an open question or a clearly stated gap. Nothing is dropped to make the proposal fit.
What it may never do
Invent a fact, an engineering limit, a permission or a physical result; approve or activate anything; or decide anything in production. A proposal, a passed test, an approval and an activation are separate recorded events.
When the AI is unavailable
Approved rules keep running in every product, and the structured editor offers the same plan, checks and review without an AI call. A failed or uncertain proposal never changes a live release.
